The Summit SCOOPY61 is a 19.2 cu. ft. ice cream scooping cabinet made for Summit by Elcold in Denmark. An illuminated modular sneezeguard installs in minutes and comes off for cleaning, and two tempered glass lids slide open for service. Six tub holder baskets with rubber brakes hold 12 round 3-gallon tubs steady while staff scoop, with room for 10 more below.
