The Summit SCR1156CH is an upright single-zone wine cellar built to UL-471 and ETL-S listed to NSF-7 for commercial use. Its stainless steel shelves are sized for wider wine and champagne bottles and mount on pre-installed clips at a slight angle to show the labels. The interior walls and floor are stainless steel, lit by blue LED. A self-closing double pane glass door with a factory lock, frost-free operation and a 36 to 68°F digital control suit busy bars and restaurants.
