Description
A prep table with a turned-up back edge that keeps spills off the wall.
The Serv-Ware T2472CWP-4-T-V is a 72" wide, 24" deep work table for prep lines and back-of-house walls. Serv-Ware lists it as an 18 gauge 430 series stainless steel worktable with a backsplash: the rear edge of the top is turned up so liquids and crumbs stay on the table instead of running down the wall. The work surface sits at the standard 34" height.
