The True STA1H-2HS is a stainless steel Spec Series heated holding cabinet with 2 solid half doors. A 1500-watt heating system holds 140°F to 180°F for warm cooked or baked food; True notes it is not built to heat cold product. It comes with 3 heavy-duty chrome-plated wire shelves. It plugs into a dedicated 208-240V outlet with the included NEMA 6-15P cord.
Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the smallest outside dimension is the 27-1/2" width.
Exterior on/off switch and electronic temperature control, with low-velocity fans for even heat.
A manual vent on top of the cabinet controls moisture.
