A 1-section Spec Series pass-thru heated holding cabinet that holds cooked and baked food at 140°F to 180°F and opens from both sides.
The True STA1HPT-1S-1S is a stainless steel Spec Series pass-thru heated holding cabinet with 1 solid door on the front and 1 solid door on the back. A 1500-watt heating system holds 140°F to 180°F for warm cooked or baked food; True notes it is not built to heat cold product. Doors on both sides let cooks load from the back while servers pull from the front. It comes with 3 heavy-duty chrome-plated wire shelves.
Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the smallest outside dimension is the 27-1/2" width.
