The True STA1HRI-1S is a stainless steel Spec Series roll-in heated holding cabinet with 1 solid door. A 2000-watt heating system holds 140°F to 180°F for warm cooked or baked food; True notes it is not built to heat cold product. It takes roll-in racks up to 27" L x 29" D x 66" H with inboard castors; racks are not included. It plugs into a dedicated 115/208-230V outlet with the included NEMA 14-20P cord.
Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the smallest outside dimension is the 34-3/4" cabinet depth. Roll-in models sit on the floor, so check the ramp approach too.
Exterior on/off switch and electronic temperature control, with low-velocity fans for even heat.
Takes racks up to 27" L x 29" D x 66" H on inboard castors, with interior bumpers to protect the walls.
A manual vent on top of the cabinet controls moisture, and a 12" x 20" water pan is included for extra humidity.
Self-closing doors stay open at 120°, with bolt-style locks, all-metal handles, 3 cam-lift hinges per door section and gaskets you remove without tools.
