The True STA1RPT-1HG/1HS-1G-HC is a stainless steel Spec Series pass-thru refrigerator with 1 glass half door and 1 solid half door on the front and 1 glass door on the back. Its top-mounted R290 system holds 33°F to 38°F, with the evaporator kept out of the food zone. Doors on both sides let cooks load from the back while servers pull from the front. It comes with 3 heavy-duty chrome-plated wire shelves.
