The True STA2H-4HG is a stainless steel Spec Series heated holding cabinet with 4 glass half doors. A 3000-watt heating system holds 140°F to 180°F for warm cooked or baked food; True notes it is not built to heat cold product. It comes with 6 heavy-duty chrome-plated wire shelves. It is hard-wired to a dedicated 208-240V circuit, so plan for an electrician.
Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the smallest outside dimension is the 33-3/4" cabinet depth.
Exterior on/off switch and electronic temperature control, with low-velocity fans for even heat.
A manual vent on top of the cabinet controls moisture.
