A 2-section Spec Series pass-thru heated holding cabinet that holds cooked and baked food at 140°F to 180°F and opens from both sides.
The True STA2HPT-2S-2S is a stainless steel Spec Series pass-thru heated holding cabinet with 2 solid doors on the front and 2 solid doors on the back. A 3000-watt heating system holds 140°F to 180°F for warm cooked or baked food; True notes it is not built to heat cold product. Doors on both sides let cooks load from the back while servers pull from the front. It comes with 6 heavy-duty chrome-plated wire shelves.
Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the smallest outside dimension is the 36-1/8" cabinet depth.
