The True STG1HPT-1G-1S is a 27" wide, 1-section pass-thru heated holding cabinet from True's Spec Series, with 1 glass door on the front and 1 solid door on the rear. It holds warm cooked or baked food at 140°F to 180°F; True notes it is not designed to heat cold or room-temperature product. It comes with 3 heavy-duty chrome-plated wire shelves. It plugs into a dedicated 208-240V, 15 amp outlet with the included NEMA 6-15P cord and draws 1500 watts.
Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the smallest outside dimension is the 27-1/2" width.
An electric heater system holds 140°F to 180°F for warm cooked or baked food, with an exterior digital temperature display.
A manually controlled vent on top of the cabinet lets you control humidity.
3 heavy-duty chrome-plated wire shelves. Shelving kits with tray slides are available.
Doors on both sides: 1 glass door on the front and 1 solid door on the rear. Load from the kitchen and serve from the other side.
Glass doors use Low-E, double-pane thermal insulated glass, so staff can see stock without opening the door.
Outside: stainless steel door with matching aluminum sides. Inside: aluminum side walls and back and stainless steel floor and ceiling. Doors are self-closing with a 120° stay-open feature and have locks. One-piece magnetic gaskets come off without tools for cleaning.
A dedicated 15 amp outlet. The cabinet is rated 208-240/60/1 and comes with a 9 ft. cord and NEMA 6-15P plug; total heat is 1500 watts.
The cabinet is 36-1/8" deep and 27-1/2" wide, plus 1-1/2" for handles. Measure the doorway and every turn on the way in.
