The True STG1RRI-1G-HC is a 35" wide, 1-section roll-in refrigerator from True's Spec Series, with 1 glass door. Its top-mounted R290 system holds 33°F to 38°F and keeps the evaporator out of the food zone. It accepts roll-in racks with inboard castors up to 27"L x 29"D x 66"H (racks supplied by others). It plugs into a dedicated 115V, 15 amp outlet with the included NEMA 5-15P cord.
Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the smallest outside dimension is the 34-3/4" cabinet depth.
A factory-balanced, self-contained system holds 33°F to 38°F, with an exterior digital temperature display.
True uses natural R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with zero ozone depletion potential and a 0.02 global warming potential, in a TXV expansion valve system.
Takes racks up to 27"L x 29"D x 66"H with inboard castors. Stainless steel ramps are included; interior bumpers protect the walls from carts.
Glass doors use Low-E, double-pane thermal insulated glass, so staff can see stock without opening the door.
Outside: stainless steel door with matching aluminum sides. Inside: aluminum side walls and back and stainless steel floor and ceiling. Doors are self-closing with a 120° stay-open feature and have locks. One-piece magnetic gaskets come off without tools for cleaning.
