The True STG2HPT-2S-2S is a 52" wide, 2-section pass-thru heated holding cabinet from True's Spec Series, with 2 solid doors on the front and 2 solid doors on the rear. It holds warm cooked or baked food at 140°F to 180°F; True notes it is not designed to heat cold or room-temperature product. It comes with 6 heavy-duty chrome-plated wire shelves, 3 per section. It is hardwired to a dedicated 208-240V circuit and draws 3000 watts.
Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the smallest outside dimension is the 36-1/8" cabinet depth, before handles.
An electric heater system holds 140°F to 180°F for warm cooked or baked food, with an exterior digital temperature display.
A manually controlled vent on top of the cabinet lets you control humidity.
6 heavy-duty chrome-plated wire shelves, 3 per section. Shelving kits with tray slides are available.
Doors on both sides: 2 solid doors on the front and 2 solid doors on the rear. Load from the kitchen and serve from the other side.
Outside: stainless steel door with matching aluminum sides. Inside: aluminum side walls and back and stainless steel floor and ceiling. Doors are self-closing with a 120° stay-open feature and have locks. One-piece magnetic gaskets come off without tools for cleaning.

True requires a sole-use circuit. The cabinet comes with feed wires to be hardwired on site to a 208-240/60 Hz, single-phase, 20 amp dedicated circuit. Total heat is 3000 watts.
