The True STG2HRT-2S-2S is a 68" wide, 2-section roll-thru heated holding cabinet from True's Spec Series, with 2 solid doors on the front and 2 solid doors on the rear. It holds warm cooked or baked food at 140°F to 180°F; True notes it is not designed to heat cold or room-temperature product. It accepts roll-in racks with inboard castors up to 27"L x 29"D x 66"H (racks supplied by others). It is hardwired to a dedicated 115/208-240V circuit and draws 4000 watts.
Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the smallest outside dimension is the 37-1/2" cabinet depth.
An electric heater system with low-velocity fans holds 140°F to 180°F for warm cooked or baked food.
A manually controlled vent on top of the cabinet lets you control humidity.
Takes racks up to 27"L x 29"D x 66"H with inboard castors. 1 heavy-gauge stainless steel ramp per door is included; interior bumpers protect the walls from carts.
Outside: stainless steel door with matching aluminum sides. Inside: aluminum side walls and back and stainless steel floor and ceiling. Doors are self-closing with a 120° stay-open feature and have locks. One-piece magnetic gaskets come off without tools for cleaning.
Incandescent interior lighting is safety shielded.
True requires a sole-use circuit. The cabinet comes with feed wires to be hardwired on site to a 115/208-240/60 Hz dedicated circuit. Total heat is 4000 watts.
