A one-section roll-thru heated cabinet that holds cooked and baked food at 140°F to 180°F.
The True STR1HRT89-1S-1S is a 35" Spec Series roll-thru heated holding cabinet with 1 solid door on the front and 1 solid door on the back. Two 1000 watt finned tube elements and low-velocity fans hold 140°F to 180°F, and it takes roll-in racks up to 27" x 29" x 72" H. It plugs into a dedicated 115/208-230V circuit with the included NEMA 14-20P cord. True designs it to hold hot food, not to heat cold product.
Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the smallest outside dimension is the 35" width.
Two 1000 watt stainless finned tube elements and low-velocity fans spread heat evenly; an electronic control sets the temperature.
A manual vent on top lets moisture out, and a 12" x 20" water pan is included when food needs more humidity.
Doors on both the front and back let racks go in one side and out the other.
Takes roll-in racks up to 27" L x 29" D x 72" H; interior bumpers protect the walls from carts.
