The True STR2HRT-2S-2S is a 68" Spec Series roll-thru heated holding cabinet with 2 solid doors on the front and 2 solid doors on the back. Four 1000 watt finned tube elements and low-velocity fans hold 140°F to 180°F, and it takes roll-in racks up to 27" x 29" x 66" H. It is hard-wired to a dedicated 115/208-240V circuit. True designs it to hold hot food, not to heat cold product.
Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the smallest outside dimension is the 37-1/2" cabinet depth.
Four 1000 watt stainless finned tube elements and low-velocity fans spread heat evenly; an electronic control sets the temperature.
A manual vent on top lets moisture out, and a 12" x 20" water pan is included when food needs more humidity.
Doors on both the front and back let racks go in one side and out the other.
Takes roll-in racks up to 27" L x 29" D x 66" H; interior bumpers protect the walls from carts.
Stainless steel doors, front and sides, plus stainless side walls, back, floor, door liner and ceiling.
Self-closing doors stay open at 120°, lock as standard and seal with one-piece magnetic gaskets you remove without tools.

The cabinet is 68" wide, 37-1/2" deep and 83-3/4" tall. Add 4-1/8" each side for ramps. Measure the doorway and every turn on the way in.
