The True T-50-GC-HC is a 49" underbar glass and plate froster for bars, pubs and restaurants. It holds up to 250 8" mugs or 240 10 oz. steins behind two solid slide lids and keeps the cabinet at 0°F and below with forced-air R290 refrigeration. The black powder-coated cabinet with a stainless steel top plugs into a dedicated 115V, 15 amp outlet with the included NEMA 5-15P cord.
Measure the underbar space: the cabinet is 26-5/8" deep before the 1" rear bumpers and 33-3/8" tall.
A factory-balanced, self-contained R290 system keeps the cabinet at 0°F and below.
Forced-air cooling guides air through the cabinet; True says this design frosts dry glasses and plates fast.
Five adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves, 15-1/8" x 19-5/16", in a split design. Chill new glassware on one side while you work from the other.
The condensing unit is reached from behind the front grill and slides out for maintenance. Automatic defrost is time-initiated and time-terminated.
