The True TFP-32-12M-HC~SPEC3 is a 32" mega-top food prep table with one solid door under a refrigerated top that holds 12 1/6-size pans. An 8" deep removable white polyethylene cutting board runs the full length. Its forced-air R290 system holds 33°F to 41°F in the pans and the cabinet, and it plugs into a dedicated 115V, 15 amp outlet with the included NEMA 5-15P cord. The Spec Package 3 version adds a stainless steel interior, 20 gauge doors, metal working-spec handles and an electronic control with digital display.
Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the smallest outside dimension is the 31-1/2" cabinet depth.
The refrigerated top has openings for 12 pans (1/6-size, 6-7/8" x 6-1/4" x 4" deep). Pan divider bars let you mix pan sizes.
An 8" deep, 1/2" thick removable white polyethylene cutting board runs the full length of the unit.
