The True TSSU-27-12M-C-HC is a 27" mega-top sandwich/salad prep table with one solid door under a refrigerated top that holds 12 1/6-size pans. An 8-7/8" deep removable white polyethylene cutting board runs the full length. Its forced-air R290 system holds 33°F to 41°F in the pans and the cabinet, and it plugs into a dedicated 115V, 15 amp outlet with the included NEMA 5-15P cord.
