The True TSSU-48-18M-B-FGLID-HC is a 48" mega-top sandwich/salad prep table with two solid doors under a refrigerated top that holds 18 1/6-size pans. A 6-1/8" deep removable white polyethylene cutting board runs the full length. Its forced-air R290 system holds 33°F to 41°F in the pans and the cabinet, and it plugs into a dedicated 115V, 15 amp outlet with the included NEMA 5-15P cord.
