The True TSSU-60-18M-B-HC~SPEC3 is a 60" mega-top sandwich/salad prep table with two solid doors under a refrigerated top that holds 18 1/6-size pans. A removable white polyethylene cutting board runs the full length. Its forced-air R290 system holds 33°F to 41°F in the pans and the cabinet, and it plugs into a dedicated 115V, 15 amp outlet with the included NEMA 5-15P cord. The Spec Package 3 version adds a stainless steel interior, 20 gauge doors, metal working-spec handles and an electronic control with digital display.
Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the smallest outside dimension is the 34-1/8" cabinet depth.
The refrigerated top holds 18 pans. True includes 18 clear polycarbonate 1/6-size pans (6-7/8" x 6-1/4" x 4" deep). It also takes 6" deep pans, supplied by others.
