The Waring CB15VSF is a heavy-duty, 1-gallon food blender for large kitchens, schools and healthcare facilities that blend big batches. A 3-3/4 peak HP motor drives a 1-gallon stainless steel container with easy-pour spigot with two handles and easy-off rubberized lid clamps. It runs on an electronic membrane panel with a variable speed dial and PULSE. Waring recommends it for 100+ cycles per day, and it plugs into a standard 120V outlet with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
