The Waring MXE2000 Ellipse pairs the MX1500 base (3.5 HP, 30K RPM) with a lithium-powered Ellipse Drive that sits on top of the jar and turns a dasher along the jar walls. The dasher pushes ingredients back into the blade, which cuts blend times and stops air pockets. It comes with a sound enclosure, docking station and charging station, and runs on 120V, 1500 W, 12.5 A.
The Ellipse Drive turns the dasher from the top while the MX1500 base spins the blade, so the blend stays consistent.
The lid and dasher break up air pockets and push ingredients back into the blade.
Manual runs 10, 15 or 20 seconds at a button press; Auto Start runs 30 seconds when the sound enclosure closes.
The lithium-powered drive charges in 2 hours and one charge lasts a full service day (4-6 hours of run time).
