The Waring WCIC20 is a 2-quart ice cream maker for cafés, restaurants and dessert counters that make small batches in house. Its built-in compressor chills the bowl, so there is nothing to pre-freeze, and a batch can be ready in as little as 30 minutes. A "Keep Cool" feature holds the finished batch at temperature. It runs on 120V at 180W.
