The Waring WCIC25 is a 2.5-quart compressor ice cream maker for restaurants, cafés and dessert shops that want house-made flavors. The built-in compressor means no pre-freezing, and a batch can be ready in as little as 30 minutes. A heavy-duty stainless steel paddle and removable stainless steel bowl make cleanup simple. It plugs into a standard 120V outlet.
