The Waring WCV300 is a countertop chamber vacuum sealer for restaurants and caterers that portion, store and marinate in house. Its 2-gallon stainless steel chamber holds the pouch flat, so you can seal liquids and liquid-rich foods, and the 11" seal bar double-seals every pouch. A marinating function infuses meats, fruits and vegetables. It plugs into a standard 120V outlet and draws 3 amps.
