The Waring WICSP180 Gelato Panini Press lets gelato shops, ice cream parlors and cafés add gelato panini to the dessert menu. It toasts and seals 4" diameter buns filled with gelato, soft serve, hard ice cream or frozen yogurt, with bake times from 5 to 15 seconds. Triple-coated nonstick plates release the bun and wipe clean. It plugs into a standard 120V outlet and draws 1200W.
An embedded heating element seals the bun edges while the frozen filling stays cold inside.
A time control knob sets the bake from 5 to 15 seconds; the unit beeps when the cycle ends.
