The Waring WPG150T is a compact Panini Perfetto panini grill for cafés, delis and restaurants. It has a 9.75" x 9.25" cooking surface with ribbed cast-iron plates, a hinged auto-balancing top plate for food up to 3" thick, and a thermostat that goes up to 570°F. A 20-minute reprogrammable countdown timer helps staff repeat the same result. It runs on 120V, 1,800W with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
