A 2-speed heavy-duty stick blender for soups, sauces and purées in batches up to 10 gallons.
The Waring WSB250 pairs a 1 HP, 750 W power pack with a sealed 12" stainless steel shaft rated for 10-gallon (40-quart) batches. Two set speeds, 16,000 and 18,000 RPM, keep results consistent with little training, and a color-changing LED shows which speed is on. The shaft twists off for the dishwasher, and the same power pack takes every Big Stix shaft and the whisk. It plugs into a standard 120V outlet with a 10 ft. cord.
HIGH runs at 18,000 RPM and LOW at 16,000 RPM. The LED glows blue or green so staff can see the setting.
Hold the start button for 3 seconds to lock the motor on, then stop it with the trigger or rocker switch.
The 12" stainless steel shaft is fully sealed, twists off in a quarter turn and is dishwasher safe.
The universal power pack fits all Big Stix shafts from 12" to 21" and the WSB2WX whisk attachment.
Couplings on the power pack and shaft are user-replaceable (CAC206 kit), and the CAC208 kit replaces the blade.
Waring rates the WSB250 with its 12" shaft for 10 gallons (40 quarts, 37.8 liters).

Hold the trigger and tap the start button to run on HIGH (18,000 RPM); tap it again for LOW (16,000 RPM). The LED glows blue on HIGH and green on LOW.
Yes. With the trigger held, press and hold the start button for 3 seconds to enter continuous mode. Press the trigger or flip the rocker switch to OFF to stop.
Yes. The universal power pack fits all Big Stix shafts and the whisk attachment: WSB50XST 12", WSB55XST 14", WSB60XST 16", WSB65XST 18", WSB70XST 21" and the WSB2WX 10" whisk.
The sealed stainless steel shaft twists off the power pack and is dishwasher safe. Never put the power pack in water.
A thermal reset protects the motor. Switch it off, unplug it, let it cool about 5 minutes, then plug it back in.
The 2026 Waring spec sheet lists a limited one-year warranty.
