Waring WSB265 Big Stik Heavy-Duty Immersion Blender, 18" Shaft, 35-Gallon Capacity, 2-Speed, 1 HP, 750W, 120V
A 2-speed heavy-duty stick blender for soups, sauces and purées in batches up to 35 gallons.
The Waring WSB265 pairs a 1 HP, 750 W power pack with a sealed 18" stainless steel shaft rated for 35-gallon (140-quart) batches. Two set speeds, 16,000 and 18,000 RPM, keep results consistent with little training, and a color-changing LED shows which speed is on. The shaft twists off for the dishwasher, and the same power pack takes every Big Stix shaft and the whisk. It plugs into a standard 120V outlet with a 10 ft. cord.
HIGH runs at 18,000 RPM and LOW at 16,000 RPM. The LED glows blue or green so staff can see the setting.
Hold the start button for 3 seconds to lock the motor on, then stop it with the trigger or rocker switch.
The 18" stainless steel shaft is fully sealed, twists off in a quarter turn and is dishwasher safe.
The universal power pack fits all Big Stix shafts from 12" to 21" and the WSB2WX whisk attachment.
Couplings on the power pack and shaft are user-replaceable (CAC206 kit), and the CAC209 kit replaces the blade.
Waring rates the WSB265 with its 18" shaft for 35 gallons (140 quarts, 132.4 liters).
A standard 120V, 60 Hz outlet. It draws 6.25 A and has a NEMA 5-15P plug on a 10 ft. cord.
Hold the trigger and tap the start button to run on HIGH (18,000 RPM); tap it again for LOW (16,000 RPM). The LED glows blue on HIGH and green on LOW.
