The Waring WSB550X is the 14" model in the Big Stik EvolutionX line, built for kitchens that blend 15-gallon (60-quart) batches. A 1.5 HP, 1,145 W motor runs up to 18,000 RPM, and an electronic control panel sets speed 1 to 9 with an LED read-out. The dual-trigger handle and a pivoting second handle with 7 positions cut fatigue on long runs. It plugs into a standard 120V outlet and carries a two-year warranty.
Press + or - on the control panel to set speed 1 to 9; LEDs light up as the speed rises, up to 18,000 RPM.

Twist off the sealed shaft; it is dishwasher safe. Wipe the power pack with a damp cloth and never put it in water.
A thermal reset protects the motor. Switch it off, unplug it, let it cool about 5 minutes, then plug it back in.
Waring gives the EvolutionX line a two-year warranty in the US and Canada.
