Wells 21707 Cast Iron Broiler Grate for Wells B-40 and B-406 Electric Charbroilers
The replacement cast iron broiler grate for Wells B-40 and B-406 electric charbroilers.
Wells part 21707 (listed as WS-21707 in the manuals) is the broiler grate for the Wells B-40 countertop electric charbroiler and the B-406 built-in charbroiler. Each unit uses one grate. On these broilers the self-cleaning elements sit between the grate ribs, so a sound grate protects the elements from food contact and spatula wear.
Wells lists WS-21707 as item 1, broiler grate, in the B-40 and B-406 parts lists.
Wells describes the B-40 grate as heavy-duty cast iron that protects the elements.
The grate is removable for fast cleaning. Wells also offers a wire broiler brush, 21708.
Wells lists part 21707 as the broiler grate for the B-40 and B-406 electric charbroilers. It is not the grate for the B-44, B-446, B-50 or B-506; those use other part numbers.
One. The Wells parts list shows one grate per B-40 or B-406.
Lift it out and clean it with a wire broiler brush such as Wells 21708.
