A 24-3/4-inch electric charbroiler that sits on the counter and broils up to 336 hamburgers an hour without a gas line.
The Wells B-40 is an electric countertop charbroiler with a stainless steel top and sides. Self-cleaning elements sit between the ribs of the heavy-duty cast iron grate, so food and spatulas do not touch them, and they cook by both conduction and radiant heat. The 21-1/2" x 14-1/2" grid (312 sq. in.) has two heat zones, each with its own control, and it reaches 600°F in about 10 minutes. It connects to 208V or 240V through a terminal block and stands on 4" adjustable legs.
Leave 21" open above the broiler to anything combustible.
Each self-cleaning element sits between the grate ribs, away from food and spatulas, and heats by conduction and radiant heat.
Two controls, each running half the grid, with positive-off and signal lights. Guard rings help prevent accidental changes.
