A 36.5-inch electric countertop griddle with a 1/2-inch steel plate and 2 independently controlled heat zones.
The Wells G19 is a G-Series electric countertop griddle with a 34.25" x 18.3" cooking surface (625 sq. in.). Enclosed tubular elements are clamped to the bottom of a 1/2" thick steel plate, and 2 positive-off thermostats each control a 17-inch-wide section from 200°F to 450°F. It is wired on site to a terminal block, so plan a hard-wired circuit for the voltage you order.

The plate heats up fast, spreads heat evenly and recovers quickly. Wells lists about 9 minutes to reach 400°F.
2 positive-off thermostats, adjustable from 200°F to 450°F, each control a 17-inch-wide section.
Enclosed tubular elements are clamped onto the bottom of the plate for even heat over the whole surface.
An extra-large, removable front grease drawer holds 4 quarts and pulls out for emptying.
Guard rings around the knobs help prevent bumped settings. Splash guards lift off for cleaning.
