Description
A built-in electric griddle that drops into a metal counter and turns out about 720 hamburgers an hour from a 34.25" wide plate.
The Wells G-196 is a G-Series electric built-in (drop-in) griddle with a 34.25" x 18.3" cooking surface, 625 square inches. 2 positive-off thermostats give individual zone control from 200°F to 450°F, and enclosed tubular elements clamped under the plate spread heat over the whole surface. It reaches 400°F in about 9 minutes. Wellsloks hold it in a metal counter, and a terminal block takes the field wiring.
