A two-burner 208/240V countertop hot plate with large 8-inch spiral elements for steady stovetop cooking.
The Wells H-63 has two 8" flat spiral elements, each on its own infinite control. It is rated 3,900 W at 208V and 5,200 W at 240V. The standard unit ships single phase with no cord for hardwiring and can be converted to three phase in the field. A stainless steel drip tray slides out for cleaning.
Wells puts the electrical connection at the knockout on the rear; leave room behind the unit for it.
The 8" spiral elements use a flat design for more contact with the pan bottom, and they are self-cleaning.

Yes. Choose the NEMA 6-30P option in the voltage menu. Wells offers a version with a factory attached cordset for single phase use. Wells also sells the 6-30P cordset as part 20141.
It has two 8" spiral elements. On this model the elements are 10.5" apart, center to center.
