One drop-in well for 2 full-size 12" x 20" pans that works as a heated bain marie or a refrigerated cold pan at the flip of a switch.
The Wells HRCP-7200 is a dual temperature, self-contained drop-in unit: a wet electric bain marie for hot food and an NSF-7 refrigerated cold pan in one. A single control changes it from hot to cold. For hot use, an electric immersion heater warms a water bath that an automatic fill system keeps at the right level; for cold use, a 1/4 HP R-513A condensing unit and wrapped coils chill the well. Pans sit 3" below the top edge to meet NSF-7.
Plan a licensed electrician for the permanent 120/208-240V connection and a plumber for the water supply and drain before the unit arrives.

One-piece 18 gauge stainless steel top flange and coved-corner liner, CFC-free foamed-in-place insulation and a 1" center drain.
The temperature and function control panel sits on a 24" flexible conduit and can be mounted in the counter.

Yes. All HRCP models have automatic water fill and need a water supply connection. Hot operation is wet only.
A single phase 3-wire 120/208-240V, 60 Hz supply, permanently connected. The heater draws 9.0/10.4 A at 208/240V (1.9/2.5 kW); the refrigeration draws 5 A at 115V.
2 full-size 12" x 20" pans, or fractional pans with adapter bars. Adapter bars for food pans are provided.

Wells lists a limited 1-year parts and labor warranty. A 2nd year parts and labor warranty and a 5-year compressor warranty are offered as options.
