A single open heated tank that holds three 12" x 20" pans or round insets at serving temperature.
The Wells HT-300AF is a top-mount, bain marie style drop-in from the HT series with one 39-3/4" x 19-7/8" opening. It is designed for wet operation, with a positive-off thermostat, fully insulated tank and a 1" drain with ball valve as standard. An automatic water fill keeps the level up through service. It runs on 208/240V single phase and is hard-wired.
Measure the counter run: the flange is 43-1/2" wide and 23-5/8" deep.
A single 39-3/4" x 19-7/8" opening takes three 12" x 20" pans, fractional pans or round insets on adapter tops, so you can change the line-up without changing wells.
A solenoid valve on a 1/4" water line fills the tank automatically to keep the water level up, with a backflow preventer built into the fill line.
An adjustable thermostat with a ready light sits in a recessed one-piece panel that helps prevent accidental adjustments.
Sides, front, back and bottom are insulated for faster preheat, faster recovery and lower energy use; Wells says it suits non-metal counters.
Every HT tank has a 1" NPT drain with a ball valve for quick emptying at closing.

A 1/4" NPT water line to the solenoid valve in the outlet box, at no more than 120 psi and 120°F. A backflow preventer is built in; local code may require an extra vacuum breaker, not supplied by Wells.
