A self-contained drop-in cold well that keeps 2 wells, each holding four 1/3-size pans of pre-chilled food cold on a serving line or salad bar.
The Wells RCP-243 is a self-contained drop-in refrigerated cold pan that holds 2 wells, each holding four 1/3-size pans or equivalent fractional pans at safe serving temperature. Wrapped refrigeration coils on both sides and the bottom, a 1/4 HP R-134A condensing unit mounted below the pan and foamed-in-place insulation keep pre-chilled food cold. Each well is 27" front to back and holds four 1/3-size pans or equivalent fractional pans. It plugs into a 115V outlet with an 8 ft. cord and NEMA 5-15P plug.
Cut the counter to 29-1/2" x 31" and plan louvered grills in the cabinet below for the air-cooled condensing unit.
1/4 HP condensing unit with R-134A refrigerant on a corrosion-resistant frame below the pan, with wrapped coils on both sides and the bottom.

One-piece 18 gauge stainless steel top flange and coved-corner liner. The outer body is heavy gauge, corrosion-resistant steel.
