A round drop-in warmer that holds soup, chili or sauce at serving temperature in a standard 11-quart inset.
The Wells SS-10TD is a heavy-duty, top-mount round food warmer from the SS10 series. Its deep-drawn stainless steel well takes a standard 11-quart round inset, and a one-piece stainless steel flange drops into an 11" round counter cutout. It has a thermostatic control in a separate control box and a 1/2" NPT drain. Choose 120V or 208/240V when you order.
This is a non-insulated model: the Wells installation sheet requires an all-metal counter.

A thermostatic control sets the holding temperature, with a temperature-ready light. A high-limit prevents overheating.
