An 11-quart round drop-in warmer with thermostatic control for holding soups, chili and sauces at safe serving temperatures.
The Wells SS10TDUCI is a heavy-duty, top-mount round food warmer that takes a standard 11-quart round inset (sold separately). It has a one-piece stainless steel top flange and a heavy-gauge, deep-drawn stainless steel warming pan heated by a tubular element underneath. It is fully insulated around the sides and bottom to save energy, and with the optional adapter kit it can go into a non-metal counter. It runs on 208/240V single phase with a NEMA 6-15P cord and plug, and has a 1/2" NPT drain.
Check the counter material first: insulated models can go into non-metal counters with the optional non-metal counter adapter kit.
The thermostat is recessed in a one-piece front-mounted panel, with a temperature-ready light. A high limit prevents overheating.
Insulation around the sides and bottom saves energy and lets the warmer go into non-metal counters with the adapter kit.
A one-piece stainless steel top flange and heavy-gauge, deep-drawn stainless steel pan hold a standard 11-quart round inset.
Wellsloks clamp the flange to the countertop from below; you turn them with a screwdriver during installation.
A 1/2" NPT drain lets you empty the water without lifting the unit. A drain valve extension kit is optional.
One standard 11-quart round inset. Insets with lids are sold separately as an option. Adaptor tops for 4-quart and 7-quart insets are also available.
