Wells SS-10TU 11 Qt. Round Drop-In Food Warmer, Thermostatic, 208/240V
An 11-quart round drop-in warmer with thermostatic control for holding soups, chili and sauces at safe serving temperatures.
The Wells SS10TU is a heavy-duty, top-mount round food warmer that takes a standard 11-quart round inset (sold separately). It has a one-piece stainless steel top flange and a heavy-gauge, deep-drawn stainless steel warming pan heated by a tubular element underneath. Wells designs it for wet or dry operation. It runs on 208/240V single phase, hard-wired.
Check the counter material first: keep 8" clear below the unit; Wells recommends a baffle 8-1/2" below if you store anything underneath.
The thermostat is recessed in a one-piece front-mounted panel, with a temperature-ready light. A high limit prevents overheating.
A one-piece stainless steel top flange and heavy-gauge, deep-drawn stainless steel pan hold a standard 11-quart round inset.
Wellsloks clamp the flange to the countertop from below; you turn them with a screwdriver during installation.
