A single-well 12 x 20 inch drop-in warmer that holds a full-size pan of hot food at safe serving temperatures.
The Wells SS206D is a heavy-duty top-mount rectangular food warmer. It holds one 12" x 20" full-size pan or equivalent fractional pans. A one-piece stainless steel top flange and a heavy-gauge, deep-drawn stainless steel pan are heated by a tubular element underneath. An infinite switch control sets the heat, and a light shows when it is on. A high limit prevents overheating. It is hard-wired to 208/240V single phase and has a 1/2" NPT drain.
Wells does not print the counter cutout on the spec sheet; lay it out from the Wells install sheet that ships with the unit.

Yes. Wells designs it for wet or dry operation and recommends wet operation for best results. The 1/2" drain makes emptying easier.
