A single-well 12 x 20 inch drop-in warmer that holds a full-size pan of hot food at safe serving temperatures.
The Wells SS206ET is a heavy-duty bottom-mount rectangular food warmer with square corners. It holds one 12" x 20" full-size pan or equivalent fractional pans. A one-piece stainless steel top flange and a heavy-gauge, deep-drawn stainless steel pan are heated by a tubular element underneath. A thermostatic control with a temperature-ready light sets the holding temperature. A high limit prevents overheating. It is hard-wired to 208/240V single phase and has no drain.
Wells does not print the counter cutout on the spec sheet; lay it out from the Wells install sheet that ships with the unit.
Holds one 12" x 20" full-size pan or equivalent fractional pans. Wells recommends wet operation for best results, but it can run wet or dry.
The thermostat is recessed in a one-piece, drawn, front-mounted panel with a temperature-ready light. A high limit prevents overheating.
