A single-well 12 x 27 inch drop-in warmer that holds four 1/3-size pans of hot food at safe serving temperatures.
The Wells SS276TDU is a heavy-duty top-mount rectangular food warmer. It holds four 1/3-size pans or equivalent fractional pans. A one-piece stainless steel top flange and a heavy-gauge, deep-drawn stainless steel pan are heated by a tubular element underneath. A thermostatic control with a temperature-ready light sets the holding temperature. A high limit prevents overheating. It is hard-wired to 208/240V single phase and has a 1/2" NPT drain.
Wells does not print the counter cutout on the spec sheet; lay it out from the Wells install sheet that ships with the unit.

The thermostat is recessed in a one-piece, drawn, front-mounted panel with a temperature-ready light. A high limit prevents overheating.

Yes. Wells designs it for wet or dry operation and recommends wet operation for best results. The 1/2" drain makes emptying easier.
