Built for restaurants, burger joints and caterers, the Atosa CookRite ATCB-36 runs 3 burners at 35,000 BTU each (105,000 BTU total) under heavy cast iron grates, with an independent control every 12". It fits on a 36" stretch of equipment stand or counter and ships set up for natural gas as listed by Atosa.
