The Atosa CookRite ATMG-36 is a 36" countertop gas griddle for restaurants, diners, food trucks with gas service and breakfast lines. A 3/4" thick polished steel plate sits over 3 burners at 30,000 BTU each (3 x 30,000 = 90,000 BTU) on natural gas, with a manual valve for each 12" section. The cooking surface is 35-7/10" x 19-9/10", a stainless steel grease drawer catches runoff, and it needs no electricity.

The countertop or equipment stand must be noncombustible and level, and strong enough for the griddle's weight. Size your gas line for the full BTU load of every appliance on it.
Steel griddle plate
A 3/4" thick polished steel plate spreads heat across the 35-7/10" x 19-9/10" surface.
Manual control
Each 12" section has its own manual valve, so you can run a hot zone and a warm zone side by side.
Grease drawer

Questions buyers ask
Is this the natural gas or propane version?
This listing is the natural gas (NG) version, with the supplied regulator set at 4" W.C. and 90,000 BTU total. Atosa also makes the ATMG-36 for propane (LP); order that listing if that is your gas supply. Atosa says any gas conversion must be done by an authorized, licensed technician.
What gas connection does it need?
A 3/4" NPT gas line to the rear inlet. The pressure regulator ships with the griddle, factory set at 4" W.C..
Does it need electricity?
No. The burners use standing pilots that you light by hand, so there is no cord or plug.
Can it sit on a wood or plastic counter?
No. Atosa's manual says to place it only on a noncombustible countertop or stand, with at least 6" on both sides and the back and 4" under the unit, under an exhaust hood per local code.
Manual or thermostatic: which do I need?
This manual model has a valve per burner that sets the flame, not a temperature; the cook watches the plate. Atosa's ATTG-36 thermostatic griddle holds a set temperature with a 1" plate if you want hands-off control.
