The Atosa CookRite 7700 is a single-well stainless steel food warmer for caterers, buffets, concession stands and restaurant lines. The 20" x 12" well is 6-1/2" deep and heats up within 10 minutes; an infinite dial sets 95°F to 210°F. It plugs into a standard 120V outlet.

What outlet does it need?
A standard 120V outlet; it has a NEMA 5-15P plug and draws 10 amps (1,200 W). Avoid sharing the circuit with other heavy loads.
Do I add water?
Yes. Atosa's manual says to add about 4 liters of water to the stainless steel well, never overfill it, and make sure the food pan never floats.
What pan fits?
The well is 20" x 12" and 6-1/2" deep, sized for a full-size 12" x 20" steam table pan. Pans are not listed as included.
What is the difference between the 7700 and 7800?
Both have the same well and size. The 7700 is a warmer (1,200 W); the 7800 is a cooker/warmer with a stronger 1,500 W element.
