The Atosa CookRite CHDS-53 is a countertop heated display case for convenience stores, cafes, bakeries and concession stands. Three stainless steel shelves sit behind square glass with LED lighting, and staff load from two sliding doors at the back. A digital controller holds 86°F to 194°F and a removable water pan adds humidity so food does not dry out. It runs on 115V with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
