A 24" countertop hot plate with 4 high-output burners for stock pots, sauté pans and sauces.
The Atosa CookRite ACHP-4 puts 4 open burners on a 24"-wide stainless steel countertop unit. Each burner runs at 32,000 BTU with its own manual valve and a standing pilot, under heavy-duty cast iron grates. It is set up for natural gas with a regulator at 4" W.C. and connects through a 3/4" NPT rear inlet. It needs no electricity, so it is easy to add next to a griddle or fryer on an equipment stand.

Is this the natural gas or propane version?
This listing is the natural gas (NG) version, with the regulator set at 4" W.C.. Atosa also makes the ACHP-4 for propane (LP); order that listing if that is your gas supply.
What gas connection does it need?
A 3/4" NPT gas line to the rear inlet. The supplied regulator is factory set at 4" W.C..
Does it need electricity?
No. The burners use manual valves and standing pilots, so there is no cord or plug.
Can it sit on a wood or plastic counter?
No. Atosa's manual says to place it only on a noncombustible countertop, with at least 6" on both sides and the back and 4" under the unit.
Does it need a hood?
Yes. Atosa's manual says to install a matching exhaust hood above it according to local regulations.
What does the warranty cover?
