A 24" griddle range that adds a flat-top and an oven to a tight cook line.
The Atosa CookRite AGR-24G pairs a 24" wide, 3/4" thick steel griddle with a full oven underneath in a footprint only 24" wide. It is a good fit for breakfast service, burgers and small kitchens that need a flat-top and an oven without a second unit. Natural gas, 3/4" rear connection with the regulator included, on four casters.

A 3/4" thick polished steel plate heated by two burners totaling 48,000 BTU.
Oven underneath
A 20" x 26" x 14" oven at 24,000 BTU, 175°F to 550°F, with 2 chrome racks.
Grease management
A drip tray under the burners and a pull-out grease drawer at the griddle front.
Mobile on casters
Four casters come standard; Atosa sells a leg kit (part 301110006).

Questions buyers ask
What gas hookup does it need?
A 3/4" NPT rear gas connection. Atosa supplies the pressure regulator, factory set at 5" W.C. for natural gas. Installation must be done by a licensed gas installer under your local codes.
Can I run it on propane?
Atosa builds the AGR-24G for natural gas or propane, and this listing is the natural gas unit. Call us before ordering if you need propane.
How many BTU does the griddle have?
Atosa's spec table lists 48,000 BTU for the griddle (2 burners) and 24,000 BTU for the oven, 72,000 BTU in total. Some Atosa feature lists say 27,000 BTU burners; the spec table is the more detailed source.
Does it need a hood?
Plan on it. Atosa's manual says to install the range in a well-ventilated spot following local codes and NFPA requirements, which for commercial gas cooking normally means a ventilation hood. Check with your local inspector.
How much clearance does it need?
Atosa's manual asks for a noncombustible floor and at least 6" of clearance on both sides and the back, with nothing stored on or under the range.
Does it need electricity?
Atosa lists no electrical connection: the top burners use standing pilots and the ovens have pilots with safety shut-off.
What does the warranty cover?
Atosa's CookRite cooking equipment warranty covers parts and labor for 1 year from the date of shipment from Atosa. Register the unit with Atosa and keep your invoice.
